4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, including resume bullet points, summaries, and cover letters. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed and edited by you
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content may not be unique and similar suggestions may be provided to other users
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews or employment

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Pricing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Failure to secure employment or job interviews
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Using our Service will result in employment or job interviews
• Your resumes will pass all ATS systems

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Careerfied and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Any content you create or upload using the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
