  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment details (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team

When you access our Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics cookies

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Claude by Anthropic) to provide features such as:

  • Resume bullet point generation and optimization
  • Cover letter creation
  • LinkedIn headline suggestions
  • ATS optimization recommendations

Important: When you use AI features, your resume content is processed by our AI systems. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to provide you with the requested suggestions and is not retained for AI training purposes.
